These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veritrix platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Veritrix provides AI verification and observability tools for multi-agent systems. The Services include tracing, replay, analysis, and related features made available through our web application and website.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services to:

Veritrix and its licensors retain ownership of the Services and all related intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during your subscription or trial period.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Trial accounts and paid plans are subject to the pricing, limits, and billing terms shown at sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time; fees already paid are generally not refundable.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services stops immediately, and we may delete or retain data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Veritrix is not responsible for decisions made based on the output of AI systems observed through the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERITRIX Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to Veritrix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERITRIX Inc and its affiliates from claims arising from your data, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
